Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the tour. Message us on WhatsApp or email and we'll process your refund within 7 business days.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the tour are subject to a 50% charge of the booked amount.
- No refund applies if you don't show up at the agreed time without prior notice.
- If we cancel the tour due to weather or force majeure, we offer a full refund or a free reschedule.
