Description
Discover this hidden gem at the foot of the Rincón de la Vieja volcano: the Leona Waterfall, a sight well worth seeing and a favorite among both locals and tourists.
The hike is intermediate in difficulty. We'll walk along the riverbank and take a few breaks to cool off in the turquoise pools.
At the end of the hike, we'll swim in the middle of the canyon to discover this hidden waterfall. The water, with its thunderous roar, plunges into a large pool where visitors can take a refreshing dip.
